Tomorrow night we welcome Sunderland RCA to the Daren Persson Stadium in another big game as we look to make it back to back wins for the first time since September.
Saturday saw us record our first win at home since we beat Birtley Town 3-1 back on 16th September. Lee Mason’s effort from close range, finishing off a neat move as Dean Holmes unlocked the Rangers’ defense with a through ball to McCamley, who squared to Mason to tap home. A thoroughly deserved and long overdue win to the delight of all.
Our opponents for the game, Sunderland RCA, have not had the greatest of terms, picking up just 4 points this season, picking up their only win this season, recently with a 4-2 win against fellow strugglers Tow Law Town on the 9th Jan. At the weekend, they were beaten at home 5-0 by Birtley Town, who we play at the weekend.
This is the first time the two sides have met this campaign after the recent adverse weather conditions have caused a reshuffling of the league fixtures of late.
With no Toon game scheduled for this midweek, we hope that you can join us to get behind the lads, cheer them on and be that 12th man.

By Car
The postcode of the stadium is NE29 0SS. Some limited parking spaces can be found at the stadium and there is plenty and free street parking on West Percy Road adjacent to the stadium.
By the Tyne & Wear Metro
Tyneside is well served by a light rail system known as the Tyne & Wear Metro. North Shields is easily accessible from Newcastle City Centre from Monument station where trains to the Coast go via North Shields. The Daren Persson Stadium is served by two stops, Meadow Well (5 minutes’ walk) or North Shields (10 minutes’ walk).
By Bus
The 306 & 307 bus service from Newcastle City Centre (Haymarket Bus Station) to Tynemouth runs within close proximity to the stadium. The stadium is located off Waterville Road (East).
