North Shields Football Club can announce that attacking midfielder Jack Leonard joins the squad after a successful pre season with the club.
The former Hartlepool youngster joins North Shields FC with lots of North East footballing experience after his release at Hartlepool in 2020 before he was picked up by local side Morpeth Town.
Manager Marc Nash is delighted with the new signing and spoke about his latest addition;
“Jack came to us after being recommended by a 3rdparty. He has been training with a few clubs after leaving Morpeth last season. Jack had a great week with us training and then playing against both Blyth Spartans and Newcastle Blue Star. He showed flashes of quality on the ball and was playing with great intelligence, not afraid to receive the ball in tight spaces. We feel he can offer something different in the midfield/forward area and we are delighted to get him on board.”
