North Shields FC can confirm that Regan Paterson has left the club to join Newcastle Blue Star.
Following an approach from the EBAC Northern League Division two outfit, Regan decided to join Blue Star.
Regan had a very enjoyable time at North Shields and went on to make 59 appearances scoring 20 times since joining from West Allotment Celtic. Most notably was his wonder goal from the half way line against Grimsby.
