The opposition: Shildon
Nickname: The Railwaymen

Current League Position: 4th
Last Season’s Finish: 2nd
This afternoon the Robins face a tricky test as Shildon are the visitors to the Daren Persson Stadium.
The Robins find themselves in a bit of a sticky patch in recent times, having only secured one win in their last five, coming from behind to advance in the FA vase against West Didsbury & Chorlton before a run of 4 consecutive defeats in all competitions.
Our visitors were on an unbeaten run stretching back to the start of November, before they were beaten in their last outing by Whitley Bay 3-0.
When the two sides met in the reverse fixture, it was the Robins who left County Durham victorious with Dan Waldon completing the turnaround after Leighton Harris gave the Railwaymen the lead before Ryan Carr equalised for the Robins.
We hope that you can join us to cheer on the lads, if not, you can follow the action as it happens via our live match updates @northshieldsfc
