North Shields Football Club are seeking a motivated and commercially minded individual to join our club as a Commercial Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in assisting with further development of our historic football club at the heart of our local community.
Role Overview
The Commercial Manager will lead the development of sponsorship opportunities and partnerships, to further enhance commercial revenue for North Shields FC. The role will focus on delivering attractive sponsorship packages to businesses across North Tyneside, developing relationships, and supporting the club’s long-term ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop & improve existing sponsorship packages for matchdays, digital, kit, and ground assets
• Identify potential new sponsors within North Tyneside and the wider region
• Maintain strong relationships with new & existing sponsors
• Collaborate with the club’s Directors & management committee
• Promote North Shields Football Club in the local community
Ideal Candidate
• Experienced in sales, marketing, hospitality, sponsorship, and business development
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated, organised, and enthusiastic
