Saturday sees the Robins return their focus to the FA Vase with the visit of Charnock Richard to the Daren Persson Stadium.

The tie setup with a 1-0 win courtesy of Ben Harmison’s header at the start of the second half at the Millenium Stadium in the last round.

Our visitors for the game are making their entry into this season’s competition after reaching the fourth round last season, wins over Staveley Miners Welfare, Chadderton, Burscough, Ecceshill United and Carlisle City before exiting the competition with defeat against Emley.

They were in midweek action, when they hosted Barnoldswick Town at their Mossie Park home, running out 3-1 winners, Matthew Davies, Kuda Chinwaro and Nathan Nickeas on target.

The Robins with no midweek game will be refreshed, recharged and raring to go after hitting Carlisle City for four without reply last Friday night, Jordan Lashley and Lewis Suddick both with braces.

We hope that you can join us at the Daren Persson Stadium to cheer on the lads, if not, you can follow the action as it happens via our social media channels @northsheldsfc.
