Are you passionate about football and love writing? North Shields FC is looking for a Match Reporter to join our award-winning media team for the 2025/26 season!
This voluntary role is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience in sports journalism, build their portfolio, or simply support their local club.
Role Includes:
- Attending home and away matches throughout the season
- Writing engaging and accurate match reports and match previews for publication on our website, social media channels and award winning programme
- Working closely with our media team to help tell the story of the Robins every week
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong writing skills and a keen eye for detail
- A passion for football and an understanding of the game
- Reliability and commitment to attend fixtures
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
