Notice of Special General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting of North Shields Football Club (Club) will be held at The Robins Nest on Saturday 31st August at 10:30.
This meeting is open to the Club’s senior membership or ten senior members, whichever is the greater. But this shall not prevent the Club from being able to
pass any resolution if all the Club’s members are present and unanimously vote in favour of
the resolution.
