Following on from our open and honest supporters forum held on Friday 29th December we would like to thank all of our devoted club supporters and members of the local community for attending and contributing to the forum, we are delighted to announce the club, and the management team have worked tirelessly over the festive period to ensure the club remains a competitive club at the heart of North Shields and our community.
Following the departure of the majority of the playing squad who started the season along with the whole management team the club worked hard to appoint a management team who would take the club forward, we appointed Brian Smith, Steve Cuggy, Sean McCafferty and Bob Scott as the new management team.
There will be a further announcement around additions to the management team in due course.

We would like to send a massive thank you to Lee Picton and Elliott Dickman at South Shields for their very generous offer of support in what will be a great partnership with one of the very best academies in the North East outside of the Top Tier clubs.
Also a huge thank you to North Shields Juniors who have provided a training venue for the team at short notice.
Finally, a huge thank you to each and every supporter who has showed support to the club particularly over the past 2 weeks. This hasn’t been easy however with your tremendous support and backing North Shields FC will rise again, your support and attendance is crucial to the success of the club! Let’s get behind Brian and the lads and smash the target of getting 1,000 spectators through the gates for the first two home games!
