North Shields Football Club can officially confirm its fixture details for the Extra Preliminary Round of the 2026/27 Emirates FA Cup, following the official draw by The Football Association.
The Robins face a highly anticipated and challenging away trip to familiar rivals Consett AFC. The cup tie is scheduled to take place on Saturday, August 8, 2026, with a 3:00 PM kick-off at Consett’s Belle View Stadium.
This blockbuster fixture marks the start of another exciting road in the world’s oldest and most prestigious knockout competition—a tournament that holds a legendary place in the history of North Shields FC.
The winner of the tie will face a home tie to Marske United who have a bye due to the recent resignation from Boro Rangers FC.
