North Shields Fc are delighted to announce the signing of Ben Sayer from Morpeth Town
Former Newcastle United Reserve player Ben Sayer becomes a Robins on loan from The Highway Men
Ben Sayer who is a Midfielder signed from Morpeth Town on loan until 31st December. Ben is an Ex Blyth Spartans, Spennymoor Town player with great footballing experience.
Ben started his career with Newcastle United and went on to play Reserve team football for the Magpies before his release in 2012 where he joined Team Northumbria.
Ben has been playing at Morpeth Town since 2014. He has a huge creative influence on the side and was named Northern League Player of the Year in 2017. His creative talent has helped drive the club on to great success.
He was called up to the England ‘C’ squad but missed out through injury.
Ben is a creative central midfielder with a superb range of passing as well as a determined and hard-working nature.
