Tomorrow night we welcome Tow Law Town to the Daren Persson Stadium as Brian Smith’s men look to put the weekend loss away to Redcar Athletic behind them.
Saturday saw the Robins lose out 2-1 to the Steelmen, despite taking the lead through Dan Savage just before the break, unfortunately, despite their best efforts they were unable to keep out the hosts, who completed the turnaround with goals from Adam Boyes and Layton Watts.
Our visitors find themselves rooted to the bottom of the table, at the weekend they were narrowly beaten 3-2 by Whickham, they did find themselves leading 2-0 via a Jamie O’Brien brace, the Lang Jacks spoilt the party by scoring all their goals in the last 20 minutes through a Scott Robson brace before Jordan Lavery netted the winner in the 88th minute.
This is the first time the two sides will meet in this campaign after all previous scheduled fixtures falling victim to the weather.

The postcode of the stadium is NE29 0SS. Some limited parking spaces can be found at the stadium and there is plenty and free street parking on West Percy Road adjacent to the stadium.
By the Tyne & Wear Metro
Tyneside is well served by a light rail system known as the Tyne & Wear Metro. North Shields is easily accessible from Newcastle City Centre from Monument station where trains to the Coast go via North Shields. The Daren Persson Stadium is served by two stops, Meadow Well (5 minutes’ walk) or North Shields (10 minutes’ walk).
By Bus
The 306 & 307 bus service from Newcastle City Centre (Haymarket Bus Station) to Tynemouth runs within close proximity to the stadium. The stadium is located off Waterville Road (East).
