This evening we make a short trip through the Tyne Tunnel to Sunderland LGV Park, the home of Sunderland RCA in our last league game of the 2023/24 season.
Brian Smith’s side will be looking to finish the season with back to back wins after a magnificent performance on Friday night, saw the Robins run out 3-0 winners courtesy of goals from Dean Holmes and a Ben Harmison brace.
Our hosts for this evening find themselves rooted to the foot of the table, having picked up 4 points with two games left to play.
Saturday gone, they hosted Seaham Red Star at the Sunderland LGV Park, with the visitors running out 6-1 winners. Former Robin Brad Chisholm with a brace in the process.
When the two sides met back in February, two early goals Yeon Kwak and Dan Savage gave the Robins a two goal head start, before Usman Ogidan reduced the deficit.
