North Shields Football Club are absolutely delighted to announce that standout goalkeeper Callum Elliott has officially signed a contract with the club ahead of the 2026/2027 Northern League campaign.
The announcement comes on the back of an exceptional personal and collective year for the shot-stopper, who established himself as one of the most reliable goalkeepers in league last term.
Elliott enjoyed an award-laden 2025/2026 season, keeping an incredible 19 clean sheets across all competitions. His consistent, match-winning performances between the posts earned him the ultimate recognition from both the dressing room and the terraces, as he walked away with both the Players’ Player of the Year and the Supporters’ Player of the Year awards.
He was also highly instrumental in the club’s grand finale to the season, putting in a stellar performance to help the Robins secure the League Cup.
Securing Elliott’s signature for the upcoming season represents a significant milestone for the management team as they continue to lock down the core of a squad capable of mounting a serious promotion challenge.
